These Terms govern your use of this website operated by Bright Start Landscaping ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What This Website Does

This website lets you request a free on-site quote for lawn care, power washing, and landscape projects in Salisbury, Maryland and nearby Wicomico County communities. Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract for work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are given after we see the property, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Any price shown or discussed before an on-site visit is an estimate, not a final price.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 30 days.
• Work outside the agreed scope may change the price. We will tell you before doing that work.

4. Scheduling and Weather

Outdoor work depends on weather and ground conditions. We may reschedule visits or service dates when weather, safety, or access makes work impractical, and we will communicate changes as early as we can.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and property information.
• Provide safe access to the work area on scheduled dates.
• Tell us about underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, pets, and any hazards.
• Secure or remove personal property from the work area before we arrive.

6. Payment

Payment terms for accepted work are stated on your quote or invoice. Recurring services are billed on the schedule described there. Late payments may pause service until the balance is brought current.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled visit or recurring service by telling us. Where a cancellation window or fee applies, it will be stated on your quote or service agreement.

8. Communications

By submitting the quote form you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

9. Website Content

Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. Text, images, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Disclaimers
